Anne Dolloff, RN, is our discharge coordinator. She works with patients, their families, physicians and other caregivers to assess what patients need to be successfully discharged from the hospital. She also helps to arrange any follow-up care, special equipment and medications patients need in order to safely and comfortably leave the hospital.
